1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and apalado ("apalado", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://apalado.net (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the apalado website, mobile interface, all games, payment systems, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features made available through the apalado Platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing your apalado account, or placing any wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the apalado Platform, including players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the apalado Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a resident of or are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or account restriction on the apalado Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of apalado or any of its affiliated entities;
• Your use of the apalado Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional purpose;
• It is not illegal for you to use online gaming services under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.

Age Verification Process

apalado employs a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document confirming your date of birth. Acceptable Philippine government IDs include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's licence, passport, PRC ID, and voter's ID. apalado reserves the right to request additional documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Accounts where the player's age cannot be confirmed as 21 or over will be suspended and any remaining balance returned after review.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the apalado Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your apalado account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You further agree to update your account information promptly to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apalado account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. apalado will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify apalado's support team immediately via live chat through your account dashboard.

Account Accuracy

Your registered name, date of birth, and contact details must match the details on your government-issued ID. Any discrepancy identified during the KYC process may result in a hold on withdrawals until the matter is resolved. apalado reserves the right to close any account found to contain materially false or misleading registration information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the apalado Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). apalado supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on the apalado Platform is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your apalado account within minutes of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to process. apalado does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which apalado accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. apalado will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source account, and the associated apalado account may be subject to review.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your apalado account must have completed full KYC verification, including identity and payment method verification.

apalado reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the apalado account. apalado reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Currency & Taxes

All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings on the apalado Platform under applicable Philippine tax law. apalado does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional if you have questions regarding your obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

apalado offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who are 21 years of age or older;
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms;
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• apalado reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;

• Bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated systems to exploit promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the apalado Platform are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game type. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

The outcome of all games offered on the apalado Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology, live dealer outcomes, or published sports results as applicable. apalado is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, football, and sabong, are settled in accordance with apalado's Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event, apalado's decision, made in good faith based on available official results, shall be final and binding.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round, apalado reserves the right to void that game round and return any wagers placed during the affected period to the players' accounts. apalado shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the apalado Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the apalado Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software forming part of the apalado Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apalado staff, support agents, or other players;
• Facilitating or assisting any third party to do any of the above.

apalado reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and to report relevant information to the appropriate Philippine authorities including PAGCOR.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the apalado Platform — including but not limited to the apalado brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of apalado or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apalado Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any apalado content without prior written authorisation from apalado.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

apalado collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the apalado Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

apalado implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmitted between your device and the apalado Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol.

apalado may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally obligated to do so. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10 Responsible Gaming

apalado provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your apalado account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat through your account dashboard. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagers have been settled, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

Suspension or Closure by apalado

apalado reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or a regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Any other circumstance in which apalado reasonably determines that continued account operation poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, apalado reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering — apalado may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. apalado will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your registered email address prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce your balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, apalado, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the apalado Platform, regardless of whether such damages are based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

apalado's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your apalado account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit apalado's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and apalado, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. apalado will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to apalado's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, you may also escalate your complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

apalado reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, apalado will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered contact details. The updated Terms will display the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the apalado Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account.
